Remote and work from the office

I always trust my team no matter where they work. It was the same long before the pandemic hit.
My team was one of the rare teams in Split that enjoyed that flexibility. During lockdowns, things have changed. It took a while for the whole team to adjust to remote work fully. And after everything started getting back to normal, the team struggled to get back to the office. Sounds familiar? 🙂
Starting this year, we have implemented a new rule at AGILO. Two days a week in the office is a must.
The whole Split team gathers in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and everyone enjoys it. In particular, this change is the most beneficial for juniors on our team because they have regular in-person interactions with more experienced team members.
We have a couple of team members working from Zagreb that are still enjoying the option of 100% remote work, but they come to Split at least once every quarter.
